I'm Kris - a food, book, and travel enthusiast and part-time blogger. I have always enjoyed cooking and entertaining, but making nutritious and delicious meals during the week after work and in between kids sports and activities is always a challenge. The one thing they don't tell you when you get your MBA is that regardless of how successful you are, all the kids care about at the end of the day is what's for dinner. So I am always on the lookout for recipes that won't take more that 30 minutes to prepare, and that (almost) everyone will eat.
