These adorable Easter Bunny Cinnamon Rolls are super easy. You just need one can of Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls, and some icing flowers to decorate them. I found these pretty ones on Amazon.
The tube of Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls makes 8 rolls, and since it takes two rolls for each bunny you'll end up with 4 bunnies per tube. Step 1: Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 375 F as per the package instructions. Step 2: To make the bunnies, place one roll on the sheet pan. Then take another roll and unravel it halfway. Attach the round part (which will be the head) to the roll on the tray, and fashion the "tail" you just unraveled into the ears. You'll probably need to shape them a little bit. And while you need to make sure that the body, head and ears are all connected, also be sure to leave space between the bunnies on the sheet pan so they don't stick together as they cook. Step 3: Bake as per the package instructions for 13-18 minutes. Watch them carefully so they don't burn. Step 4: Take the tray out of the oven and place it on some trivets. While the rolls are hot you'll want to use an offset spatula to spread the icing all over each bunny. The heat of the rolls will melt the icing and make it easier to spread, so be gentle. Step 5: When you are done with the icing, then decorate the bunnies with the flowers before the icing is done cooling. If you need a visual for this, there is a video on my instagram @thedishwithkris . "Hoppy" Easter! Comments are closed.
