I love a quick and easy Trader Joe's recipe. Make it a recipe that also involves lobster and I'm in. Tell be that it's already gone viral on the internet and now I have to make it. And it was sooo good. If you get the pasta started while you cook the shrimp, the whole recipe will take you 20 minutes. That is a huge win at the end of the day. Trader Joe's Lobster Pasta Recipe
INGREDIENTS: 16 oz container of Trader Joe's Lobster Bisque 16 oz Farfalle Pasta 12 oz Trader Joe's Frozen Langostino Tails 2 frozen Trader Joe's garlic cubes 2 Tbsp butter Grated Parmesan cheese, for topping Fresh parsley as garnish PREPARATION: 1. Thaw the langostino tails by placing them in a colander and run them under cold water for 3-5 minutes. Then pat them dry and season with salt and pepper to taste. 2. Heat 2 Tb of butter in a skillet, and add in the frozen garlic cubes. Stir to combine. 3. Add in the langostino tails, and cook for 2-3 minutes in the garlic butter sauce. 4. Cook the pasta according the package directions, then drain and return to the pan. 5. Add the lobster bisque to the pasta and stir to combine. Add in the langostinos and garlic butter, and heat through on medium for 1-2 minutes. 6. Serve topped with Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley. Comments are closed.
