This is another super easy weeknight meal that everybody loves. AND it is all at Trader Joe's -so it is easy, and affordable. The next day leftovers were even better for my lunch. Enjoy! Orange Chicken and Lettuce Wraps
(an easy Trader Joe's Recipe) INGREDIENTS:
PREPARATION: 1. Preheat the oven to 400 F. 2. Empty all of the chicken onto a sheet pan and mix with the enclosed sauce. Cook for 20 minutes. While the chicken is cooking: 3. Wash and dry some larger lettuce leaves to use as wraps. 4. Empty the Salad kit into a bowl and mix well with the enclosed sauce 5. Cook rice as needed for the number of diners you may have 6. Slice the green onions to use for garnish 7. When the chicken is done, assemble the wraps by layering the rice, the chicken, then the salad and green onions onto each lettuce leaf. (Note: If you prefer more structure in your wraps, you can also use a small street taco sized tortilla around each lettuce wrap as well.) Comments are closed.
