When you make a lot of bread, you don't always finish it all before it starts to go stale. As a result, I make a lot of croutons for my salads. It is a very easy process, and I like knowing that all of the effort I put into making the bread doesn't go to waste. Here is how easy it easy to make your own: Homemade Croutons
INGREDIENTS;
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. Cut the bread into equal sized cubes - 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch in size. Place them on the parchment paper. 3. Mix the garlic and the olive oil, and drizzle over the cubed bread. 4. Use your hands to mix and make sure the cubes are coated evenly with the olive oil. 5. Cook for 10 minutes, longer if you like them crispier. 6. Sprinkle with the fresh parsley when you remove them from the oven as they start to cool. Comments are closed.
