![]() I have seen a lot of single serve recipes lately, but that really doesn’t work for me and my crew (!) so I don’t usually take note of them. But this one caught my interest (I do love shrimp), so when I need to make myself an easy lunch I gave it a try in the Delaney Test Kitchen. And truthfully, I was really excited to use my new cute little Staub dish that I found at Homegoods! This was so easy, and flavorful. I don’t really eat much at lunch, so I even had some leftovers for a snack later on. I’ll definitely be making this one again. One Pan Shrimp & Boursin Orzo (serves 1) from @thehealthyhophead INGREDIENTS:
PREPARATION: 1. Preheat oven to 350F 2. In a small Staub baking dish, add all of the ingredients, and cover with foil 3. Bake for 30-40 minutes, until orzo is tender and shrimp are cooked. 4. Mix it all together. Add a little more broth if needed to make it creamier 5. Allow to cool a little and enjoy! Comments are closed.
